The Crippled Supreme Court

The Times editorial board is right. But the Senate nihilists led by Elaine Chao’s roommate do not care. It is past time for progressives and moderates to stop fighting one another and fight the Republicans who are determined by obstruction, gerrymandering and vote suppression to override the wishes of the majority and constitutional safeguards in service of the few.
