WaPo reports:

The FBI and the Justice Department obtained the warrant targeting Carter Page’s communications after convincing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judge that there was probable cause to believe Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power, in this case Russia, according to the officials.

The Easter moon is rising, chasing Jupiter westward. Carter Page might as well bay at that moon for all the good his faux outrage at being surveilled will do him. A FISA court judge found probable cause that he acted as a Russian agent. You can’t get a more legitimate surveillance than that. It takes a thick sheaf of evidence. To say it makes no difference is to say he is above the law. Not in my country. We are talking treason here, or something very close to it. We are talking the theft of our republic. Tick-tock, Mr. so-called president.
