Dear Mr. Brick:

I am writing to address your letter regarding the addition of the two new protected categories being added to the Workplace Posters provided by our office. We are currently in the final revision stages of having the poster updated, reformatted and translated to Spanish by a local vendor. We expect that the project will be complete in the next few weeks.

Please note that as in the past, the poster will be available via our website only. We discontinued sending out hard copy posters due to budget constraints. However, all parties involved in poster dissemination will be notified of the availability of the newly updated posters.

I will notify you when the new posters are uploaded to the website and available or print. Please contact me should you have any other questions or concerns.

Regards,

Kenneth Saunders
